  The property was well maintained and very clean. The House Company is very easy to work with and I cannot say enough about the staff at the Emerald - they are very friendly. Gorgeous pool, views, exercise room, private theater, who could ask for more?

  The property was pleasant and everything was great. The only problems was some of the air filter of the AC unit and furniture, to be exact, the dinning stools. One had a seat that was missing skews so the seat fell off and another had skews missing on
  the footing area. As for the AC unit, maintenance didn't use the correct filter size and it only filtered half of the vent. Also it doesn't seem like it was replaced for some time. Other then those few maintenance issues the place was very pleasant and comfortable.

  It was a lovely week & the facility was beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool with a view of the Gulf. Billie Archuleta at The House Company was very responsive to all our questions. It was a pleasure working with her! We will definitely stay there again!

  The stay was wonderful. My daughter forgot clothes in the dryer and her husbands boots and the staff agreed to ship them to her. They even paid for it, since it could not be shipped COD. The next time I spend a weekend in Galveston, I will stay there.

  This was an annual family get together. Great view and size of condo. But unable to use our computer as no connection. Also no trash can in kitchen But beautiful pool and hot tub with view of beach and game room was great for grandkids when it rained one day. Used media room one evening to show a movie to all and it was wonderful.

  We stayed a few nights over spring break. The Emerald By The Sea is a very nice property than will eventually be exquisite. It is has a great deal of ammenities, however not many of them were finished or open for use...i.e. the hot tub, the bar/grille, the pool bar. The pool was not heated and could not be used and the A/C wasn't working in the game room. The condo was very nice, except that the second bedroom has no window. It was more like a large closet. The House Company was very helpful and accommodating.
