Winter Texan and Monthly Rentals:

Our vacation rental homes and condominiums are completely furnished and available for winter/monthly rentals. Rentals for 30 days are not subject to 15% hotel/motel tax. This makes your monthly stay affordable! Utilities such as electric, water, telephone, cable, gas, internet and applicable parking fees are paid by the renter in addition to monthly rent and will vary by size of home and usage. A monthly rental gives you peace of mind and allows you to come and go as you please at an affordable rate. Perfect for Winter Texans, job relocations and temporary work assignments or for home buyers and investors who want to get the feel of the island and the investment market. Monthly rentals are often times less than one week during the peak rental season. Please note that one additional month's rent and a utility deposit will be held and are due at check-in.
