dining area has room enough for everyone to enjoy meals, games and conversation. Dining Table w/seating for seven, marble serving bar open to the kitchen, unique Period Sconces and French Doors open to covered porch. Spacious kitchen with all the amenities
of home! Marble counter tops, deep “Farm Sink” and fully equipped. Master Bedroom with unique turn of the century style, a double bed, cable TV, small office with desk and the door opens to front balcony. Next to that, you'll find a nice sized 2nd bedroom
with a quuen bed, cable TV, DVD player and Nintendo. The master bathroom features travertine tile flooring, large travertine tiled walk in shower, Period sink and mirror. Property also features central air and heat and wireless internet access. The “Carriage
House” is connected to the main house via a large covered porch. The house features two rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a utility / wash room. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separate quarters with no stairs linking the two. The upstairs
room features an “efficiency style” living space with a double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a full bath. The bedroom sleeps four adults (but is most comfortable with two adults and two children). The room features hardwood bamboo flooring, a TV w/cable, wireless
internet access, and a coffee pot. The full bath features the original “Ball and Claw” bathtub from the main house (circa 1905) and slate flooring. The downstairs room features Tile flooring, a double bed, and a sitting area with Cable TV and internet access.
This room has no bathroom. The downstairs also house’s the utility room for the washer and dryer. This is a separate room but access to the bedroom is through the utility room. This is a very unique sleeping quarters which has become a favorite to kids.
